Apostle/Senior Pastor Michael

Pastor Michael is the Senior Pastor at New Nation Destiny Centre, called with a Prophetic voice and an Apostolic grace to build. Pastor Michael’s passion is to see the Kingdom of God stabilised on a local, national and international level.

Carrier of a servant’s heart and one who deeply desires to see a unified body especially amongst city leaders, the ministry of NNDC has been established to equip the saints for the work of service.

With a powerful testimony of his salvation, baptism and infilling of the Holy Spirit, Pastor Michael’s beginnings have shaped his key desire to see the believers lay hold of their faith and the power of intimacy with God.

Pastor Michael and his late wife Marlene are the founders and pioneers of New Nation Destiny Centre and have a desire to see the grace within the ministry expand to other cities.

Pastor Michael has launched an Apostolic alliance council for leaders as his passion and call on is life is to source kingdom leaders and five fold ministers with a safe space to relate, support and build covenant relationships.

Former Senior Pastor and Wife to Pastor Michael Dacosta

Former Co-pastor of New Nation Destiny Centre had been fighting cancer for ten years, continuous victories throughout the years saw her faith and hope and also New Nation Destiny Centre rise from level to level. Her service to the church, to her children, to the kingdom assignment of advancing God’s church was second to none.

Pastor Marlene’s desire for the rising of a righteous church and a righteous people was deep in her passion, that she knew would ultimately see the manifestation of a fresh atmosphere and experience of God’s presence in today’s church.

As a woman of God with a sharp prophetic eye and discernment, she held close to those who carried the DNA of God to enable us collectively to work towards finishing God’s kingdom assignment.

APOSTOLIC RELATIONSHIP COUNCIL

AN APOSTOLIC AFFILIATE COUNCIL FOR LEADERS BY LEADERS

Apostolic Relationship Council is an alliance of Kingdom minded leaders that seek to relate, support and build together to advance the work of the Kingdom of God. There is a much needed relational dynamic that is required in todays church as leaders from youth leaders to Apostles and prophets , pastors and teachers and leaders in domains find themselves in need of a specific environment where they can both seek and provide council at a leadership level.

The Kingdom of God is facing one of its greatest challenges in the history of the church, the ability to relate beyond denominational preferences in order to “equip the saints for the work of service until WE ALL come to the unity of faith and the full knowledge of the son of God” Ephesians 4:12-13.

Pastor Micheal believes there are many kingdom minded leaders that desire to relate and build covenant partnerships across cities , towns and globally where each others Grace is respected and received for the sake of advancing the kingdom. This time is Now!

Assistant Pastors

Assistant Pastors Howard and Nadine are faithful servants of God and have been walking very closely with pastors for many years. As key assistants to the pastors they are graced in all areas of ministry and are a dynamic teaching and preaching couple.

Cargill

Events Coordinator and PA

Minister Michelle carries a great grace for organisational management and planning and one who carries a longing for order in today’s church. Carrying a spirit of excellence Minister Michelle coordinates and heads up all of the event planning for the church’s workshops, meetings and conferences.

Maxine
Anderson

Children’s Ministry Coordinator

Maxine is our key Coordinator of the children’s ministry. A teacher by profession one and who has a natural gift with children in guiding them and sharing the wonderful word of God. Author of a recent publication on Prayer for Children, Maxine manages and coordinates the children ministry department.

Idera Folarin-Smith
(Desi)

Outreach and Evangelism Coordinator

Fondly known as Desi, Desi is the key Coordinator of the NNDC Evangelism and Outreach teams. Desi carries a passionate love for the Lord and for God’s people. With an eye for detail and a love to discover new ways of reaching the lost, Desi is a strategic part of the leadership team. Along with her husband Colin they provide a powerful evangelism team. Trustee.

Serena Mccormack

DYG Coordinator

Serena is the key Coordinator of NNDC’s Destiny Youth Group. Working alongside a great team Serena has a great passion and hunger for revival in the youth of today. A worshipper, Serena longs to see young people transformed by God. Serena is a Pastoral manager by profession and has a substantial amount of experience using creative arts to build the lives of young people.

Reid

Church Secretary

Sandra is the Church Secretary and is one who has the skill and grace to coordinate and manage all of the church diaries, activities and secretary to the Church Council and Board of Trustees. Sandra’s gentle spirit lends beautifully to one that manages so much.

Dr Keniesha
Miller

Trustee

Dr Keniesha is a medical doctor by profession and a lifelong Christian and a worship leader in her own right. With a free vibrant spirit and lover of Gods presence, Dr Miller is a key part of the Trustee board and leader of the forthcoming plant in Plymouth. A woman of integrity and truth Dr Miller is a key future in the NNDC church. Trustee.
